How it works
The checklist is built from a fixed set of tasks we wrote for agent podcasts. Your choices add or remove tasks: interview shows get guest-booking steps, video shows get camera and YouTube steps, and done-for-you plans swap the editing and publishing work for review-and-approve steps.
Six weeks is a realistic runway for a first launch; Icons' own done-for-you launches take between 4 and 6 weeks. If your date is closer than that, the plan still shows every task and flags the weeks that are already behind you.
Progress is stored with localStorage on your device only. Nothing is sent anywhere.
